Jelena Plavsic

Jelena grew up in the former Yugoslavia and came to Canada in 1996. She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology, and then medical school and family practice residency at UBC. Jelena was trained and mentored by the 8th Ave physicians with whom she now works. Besides general family practice, she also loves providing maternity care.

She has two children and loves spending her spare time with them. Apart from work, Jelena loves skiing, biking, film and reading.
