Thank you for your patience and kindness during this pandemic. In order to be prepared for your visit in our clinic, here is an update of what is happening at the office.
For all in-person visits, our front staff will ask you Covid-19 screening questions on arrival. If you answer yes to any of the questions you may be asked to convert your appointment to a telehealth appointment, go get a covid-19 test or be put in an isolation room in the clinic. The staff will confer with the doctor and advise you of the next steps.
When booking an appointment using our online booking system, please be honest with the screening questions. You will never be denied care at our clinic, it just may look differently if you have answered some screening questions with “yes” answers.
Please wear the medical mask provided to your for the entirety of your visit in the office.
