Your Healthcare at 8th Avenue Family Practice & Maternity Care During Covid-19
Our clinic is open and will continue to care for you and your family during this difficult time. Nothing is more important than the safety of our patients and staff.
As a result, we have made changes to how patients are seen at 8th Ave Family and Maternity Care. These changes are to reduce risk of COVID-19 transmission at the clinic and to ensure that everyone gets the right care in the right place and in a timely way.
All appointments through our online booking system will default to a telehealth appointment, either by phone or video. In-person appointments must be approved by your physician. In-person prenatal appointments can be booked online, but will be on an alternative schedule including some telehealth appointments. Talk to your provider about what this looks like.
Do not come to the clinic if you have any flu-like symptoms.
